Description
This project frames the transition from chaotic, spreadsheet-based data management to a streamlined, automated governance model. The narrative focus is on restoring "time and trust" for engineering and product teams by eliminating the human error inherent in manual tracking plans.
The challenge
The primary friction was the "Data Entropy" caused by fragmented documentation, duplicate events, and naming inconsistencies. We needed to visualize the invisible complexity of a broken data pipeline and the downstream reliability issues it creates in analytical tools.
